Sourced from the renowned Tarrazú region of Costa Rica, this Jaguar Honey lot is grown at elevations between 1,600 and 1,900 meters, where cool mountain air and mineral-rich soils encourage slow cherry development and layered sweetness. The coffee is produced with care in a region known for precision, quality, and innovation.

Using the honey process, a portion of the fruit’s mucilage is left on the bean during drying, creating a cup that blends natural sweetness with bright clarity. Roasted to a light–medium profile, this coffee opens with smooth honeyed sweetness, followed by lively citrus and soft stone fruit notes, finishing clean and refreshing.
