Can I change my subscription anytime?
Yes — you can switch your coffee selection, update your plan, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account.
When will my coffee ship?
Subscriptions ship on a consistent schedule each month (or bi-weekly if selected). You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is on the way.
Can I skip or pause my upcoming subscription orders?
Yes of course! You can manage your subscription through your acount or feel free to hit us up if your having trouble!
Can I buy a subscription as a gift?
Yes! You can send a subscription as a gift — just enter the recipient’s shipping information at checkout.
How fresh is the coffee?
Every bag is roasted to order or within a few days of shipping. We stamp each bag with a roast date so you know exactly when it was crafted.
How do I change delivery frequency?
You can change your subscription frequency and quantity in the My Subscriptions section of your Account.
Can I change my coffee subscription and try something new?
Of course! Once you are in the My Subscriptions section of your account, you will see a drop down menu below the coffee price. You can use this to swap into another option.
